But fitness influencer Vanshika Khurana is changing that narrative by sharing a simple homemade recipe for nutrient dense calcium balls that satisfy sugar cravings without compromising health. Each laddoo contains just 90 calories and is free from refined sugar making it a smart choice for anyone focused on wellness.

According to Vanshika this easy snack supports bone strength joint function hormonal balance and heart health. Unlike traditional laddoos that rely heavily on sugar and ghee these calcium balls are made with seeds nuts and dried fruits providing a powerful mix of calcium magnesium and zinc. The recipe uses less than one tablespoon of ghee in total while natural sweetness comes from anjeer and raisins.

The preparation involves dry roasting black sesame seeds pumpkin seeds walnuts dry coconut and makhana to enhance flavor and nutrition. The roasted ingredients are blended into a smooth nut and seed butter along with ghee and figs to create a naturally sweet paste. Ground makhana is then mixed in to give structure followed by optional additions like raisins and white sesame seeds for texture.
