To prepare this chutney start by dry roasting flaxseeds until they begin to pop then set them aside. In the same pan roast white sesame black sesame and niger seeds on a low flame until aromatic. Transfer them together with flaxseeds into a bowl.
Next lightly roast dry coconut until golden brown and add it to the seed mixture. In the same pan heat groundnut oil and add fenugreek seeds asafoetida and coriander seeds followed by red chillies. Add fresh curry leaves and roast until crisp.
