Healthy 4 Seed Chutney Recipe Rich in Omega 3 for Daily Nutrition Boost

If you are looking to upgrade your meals with both taste and health benefits this simple four seed chutney can be a great addition to your diet. Packed with essential nutrients and rich in omega 3 fatty acids this homemade chutney offers a perfect balance of flavour and wellness.

Shared by a Mumbai based chef the recipe combines powerful ingredients like flaxseed white sesame black sesame and niger seeds along with aromatic curry leaves and spices. This blend not only enhances taste but also supports heart health improves digestion and boosts overall nutrition.

The chutney pairs well with everyday meals like dal rice chapati or parathas making it a versatile side dish for Indian cuisine lovers. Its crunchy texture and tangy spicy flavour make it an instant favourite for those who want healthy food without compromising on taste.

To prepare this chutney start by dry roasting flaxseeds until they begin to pop then set them aside. In the same pan roast white sesame black sesame and niger seeds on a low flame until aromatic. Transfer them together with flaxseeds into a bowl.

Next lightly roast dry coconut until golden brown and add it to the seed mixture. In the same pan heat groundnut oil and add fenugreek seeds asafoetida and coriander seeds followed by red chillies. Add fresh curry leaves and roast until crisp.

Once cooled grind the roasted seeds and coconut into a coarse powder. Separately grind the curry leaves mixture with salt and aamchoor powder adding a bit of sugar for balance if desired. Garlic can also be added for extra flavour while skipping asafoetida if used.

Finally mix both powders thoroughly adjust seasoning as needed and store the chutney in an airtight container. It can be preserved for up to three weeks making it a convenient and nutritious pantry staple.
