According to nutrition specialists, scientific research indicates that both intermittent fasting and balanced diets produce similar weight loss outcomes when calorie intake is equal. The most important factor is not the diet style itself, but whether a person can consistently maintain it over time.

Experts suggest choosing a method that feels realistic, reduces stress around food, and supports your daily routine. For some, intermittent fasting offers simplicity and structure, while others may perform better with regular balanced meals throughout the day. Ultimately, sustainable habits and consistency remain the key to long-term weight management success.
