iQOO 15 India Launch Preview Reveals Colour Options and Flagship Specs

Date:

The upcoming iQOO 15 flagship is officially set to arrive in India on November 26. Ahead of the launch, new teasers highlight its premium performance upgrades and at least two colour choices for Indian customers. While pricing remains unconfirmed, the handset is expected to closely mirror the design and specifications of its Chinese variant powered by the latest 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor.

The smartphone’s India microsite has been updated to confirm availability in a sleek silver variant along with a bold black option. In China, the handset comes in four finishes including Legendary Edition silver and Track Edition black, but there is no confirmation yet on additional colours launching in India.

Based on global specs, iQOO 15 will feature LPDDR5x Ultra RAM paired with UFS 4.1 storage for faster data performance. It will also include the Q3 Supercomputing gaming chip to boost high-end gaming capabilities. The device is expected to run on Android 16 via OriginOS 6.

For visuals, the Indian version will feature a 2K resolution AMOLED display offering a smooth 144Hz refresh rate and 1.07 billion colours. Ray Tracing support promises improved graphics rendering during gameplay. Thermal management is handled by a large 8,000 sq mm vapour chamber for sustained performance.

Photography enthusiasts can expect a triple-camera setup similar to China’s model with a 50MP primary lens, 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultrawide camera. A 32MP front camera is provided for selfies and video calls. The handset is also equipped with a 7,000mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.

The iQOO 15 debuted in China starting at CNY 4,199 which is approximately Rs. 52,000 and a similar pricing range is expected for the Indian market once officially announced.
