iQOO has rolled out details for its upcoming November Service Day, offering customers a range of free device maintenance benefits across all authorised iQOO Service Centres in India. The programme will run from November 14 to November 16, giving users access to complimentary cleaning, sanitisation, software updates and zero labour charges on eligible services.
The brand confirmed that visitors during the three-day window may also receive select free accessories, including a back case and protective film, depending on availability. iQOO conducts this initiative every month from the 14 to the 16, aiming to provide convenient after-sales support and enhance the user experience for new and existing customers.
The announcement arrives just ahead of the iQOO 15 India launch scheduled for November 26, with the smartphone expected to start at around Rs 60,000 under limited-period introductory offers. The upcoming flagship is anticipated to debut as one of the most affordable devices powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset during its launch window.
Customers can locate their nearest service centre using the iQOO app and can contact support via the helpline or email for additional assistance.
