Jennifer Aniston Plans Spiritual Trip to India with Silent Retreat and Meditation

Date:

Hollywood icon Jennifer Aniston is preparing to explore India in a new way—through spirituality, meditation, and self-discovery. The celebrated actor, best known for her role in Friends and her latest performance in The Morning Show Season 4, revealed in a recent interview that she wants her next journey to India to include a silent retreat and deep meditation practices.

Aniston reflected on her past time in India, where she filmed parts of Murder Mystery 2, which featured an extravagant Indian wedding scene filled with vibrant music, dazzling wardrobe, and cultural traditions. While that experience showcased India’s festive grandeur, she now feels drawn toward the spiritual essence of India.

“I would love to go… do a silent retreat and meditation,” Aniston said, highlighting her interest in connecting with India’s long-standing traditions of mindfulness and inner peace.

Her co-star Reese Witherspoon also shared her love for India, recalling her time filming Vanity Fair with Mira Nair two decades ago, calling it an “amazing experience.”

Both stars expressed gratitude for the overwhelming love they continue to receive from Indian audiences. They also acknowledged how The Morning Show resonates globally, tackling themes of power, media, and identity—topics that connect with viewers in India as well.

With The Morning Show Season 4 now streaming on Apple TV+, fans are eager to see Aniston on-screen while also looking forward to her possible spiritual journey across India. Her upcoming plans reflect a meaningful shift—from Hollywood glam to India’s serene retreats—signaling a deeper, personal exploration of culture, spirituality, and wellness.
