Motorola appears to be expanding its Edge 70 smartphone lineup with the possible addition of three new premium models. According to recent leaks, the company may soon introduce the Motorola Edge 70 Pro, Edge 70 Pro+ and Edge 70 Pro Lite, further strengthening its presence in the mid-to-premium smartphone segment.
These upcoming devices are reportedly codenamed Terrain Terrain+ and Terrain Lite internally. If launched, they will join the existing lineup which already includes the Motorola Edge 70 Edge 70 Fusion Edge 70 Fusion+ and Motorola Signature model. While Motorola has not officially confirmed these devices, the leaks suggest that the brand is preparing a broader portfolio to cater to different user needs.
The development comes shortly after the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion debuted in India in March with multiple RAM and storage configurations. The recently introduced Edge 70 Fusion+ has also made its way to global markets featuring a large AMOLED display high refresh rate and a powerful Snapdragon chipset combined with a high-capacity battery.
In addition to the Edge series updates, new information has surfaced about Motorola’s upcoming foldable smartphone, expected to be called the Motorola Razr 70. The clamshell foldable is likely to arrive in multiple colour options including Pantone Hematite Pantone Sparkling Green and Pink offering users a stylish design approach.
The Razr 70 is also expected to provide a wide range of storage and RAM configurations, potentially including up to 16GB RAM and as much as 1TB internal storage. This suggests Motorola is aiming to compete strongly in the premium foldable segment.
Reports also indicate that the device has appeared on certification platforms, hinting that its official launch may not be far away. However, as of now, Motorola has not released any official announcement regarding the Edge 70 Pro series or the Razr 70 foldable.
With these potential launches, Motorola seems focused on expanding both its conventional and foldable smartphone lineup, targeting users looking for performance innovation and premium design.
