Method: How to Make Nachani Shankarpali
- Heat ghee in a pan. In a mixing plate, add nachani flour and sugar. Pour the hot ghee into the mixture.
- Knead the dough using milk until smooth.
- Allow the dough to rest for one hour.
- Roll the dough into a round shape and cut into small diamond or square pieces (shankarpali shape).
- Heat oil in a kadai. Fry the shankarpali on medium heat until golden and crispy. Ensure the oil is not overheated.
