The Nothing Phone 3a Lite is gearing up for a possible India launch after being spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website. The upcoming smartphone is expected to be the most affordable model in the Phone 3a series, targeting budget-conscious users while offering solid specifications.
The Nothing Phone 3a Lite is rumored to share several features with the CMF Phone 2 Pro, including a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset, a 6.77-inch AMOLED display, and a 5,000mAh battery. The device is tipped to launch with a single 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, and will likely come in black and white color options for the Indian market.
According to tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, the phone may carry the model number A001T, hinting that it could be a reworked version of the CMF Phone 2 Pro. While exact specifications have yet to be confirmed, the device is expected to be priced lower than the Nothing Phone 3a, which debuted in March at Rs. 22,999 for the 8GB + 128GB configuration.
The CMF Phone 2 Pro, launched earlier this year, features a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP telephoto camera, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies, it offers a 16MP front camera, and comes with an IP54 rating for dust and splash protection. The 5,000mAh battery supports 33W fast charging and 5W reverse wired charging, making it a capable device for daily use.
With the BIS listing now live, the launch of the Nothing Phone 3a Lite in India appears imminent. Fans of the brand can expect a sleek, affordable addition to the Phone 3a lineup, providing excellent value with modern features and a polished design.
