Oppo has officially announced the global debut of its upcoming flagship smartphone, the Find X9 Ultra, scheduled for April 21. The launch will coincide with a major product event in China, where the company is also expected to introduce the Oppo Find X9s Pro, further expanding its premium smartphone lineup.
The brand is positioning the Find X9 Ultra as a camera-centric device, highlighting its advanced imaging capabilities developed in partnership with Hasselblad. The same collaboration will also extend to the Find X9s Pro, which has been teased with powerful camera specifications ahead of its official unveiling.
According to early details, the Oppo Find X9s Pro will feature a dual 200-megapixel camera setup, including a primary sensor and a periscope telephoto lens. These are likely to be complemented by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, making it one of the most camera-focused smartphones in its segment.
The China launch event, scheduled to take place in Chengdu, will showcase both devices together. Pre-orders for the upcoming models have already begun, indicating strong anticipation ahead of their release.
In terms of hardware, the Find X9s Pro is expected to feature a compact 6.32-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution. It may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and backed by a large battery capacity of around 7000mAh, along with support for fast wired and wireless charging. Additional features could include an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, a premium metal build, and high-level dust and water resistance ratings.
Meanwhile, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra has also been teased with a refreshed design that includes a flat metal frame and a distinctive orange side button, possibly designed for enhanced camera control functionality. The device is expected to house a massive battery exceeding 7000mAh and a high-end camera system featuring a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens along with a secondary telephoto camera offering up to 10x optical zoom.
Both devices are likely to include flagship-grade features such as wireless charging, improved durability, and advanced imaging systems, reinforcing Oppo’s focus on delivering top-tier smartphone experiences.
