A newly surfaced retail box image suggests that the Poco F8 Pro is nearing launch in international markets, including India. The packaging displays Sound by Bose branding, indicating a partnership for enhanced audio performance. This aligns closely with the Redmi K90 lineup that debuted in China recently with Bose-tuned speakers, strengthening speculation that the Poco F8 Pro will be a rebadged version of that model for the global audience.
According to the latest leak, Poco may remove the charging adapter from the box. This would be a change from last year’s Poco F7 Pro, which included a 90W charger. Notably, the China-exclusive Redmi K90 does ship with a charger, making this decision surprising for users expecting fast charging support out of the box.
The Poco F8 Pro is expected to feature a 6.59-inch OLED display and Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with up to 16GB RAM and as much as 1TB of storage. A triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera is anticipated. For selfies, a 20-megapixel front camera could be included.
Battery capacity may reach around 7,100mAh with support for 100W wired fast charging and possibly reverse charging. Its IMDA certification listing also points to 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC support. Pricing details remain unknown for India, but the Redmi K90 launched in China starting at CNY 2,599, suggesting a competitive mid-flagship segment placement for Poco.
