Method
Dry roast the whole green moong on low heat for about 8 to 10 minutes until it releases a nutty aroma
Allow it to cool and grind into a fine powder
In a pan heat a little ghee and lightly roast almonds cashews and seeds
Mix the moong powder jaggery cardamom and roasted nuts in a bowl
Add remaining ghee and combine everything well
Shape the mixture into small round laddoos
Store in an airtight container and enjoy anytime
