Ingredients

  • 120 gm Paneer
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Bhuna Jeera Powder
  • 1 tbsp Gram Flour
  • Oil (for frying)

Method

  1. Start by cutting the paneer into cubes.
  2. Grate some garlic and coat it evenly over the paneer cubes.
  3. Coat and toss the paneer cubes with the spices until they are well-covered.
  4. Sprinkle gram flour over the paneer pieces and toss them again for even coating.
  5. Heat oil in a kadhai (wok) and fry the paneer pieces until they are golden and crispy.
  6. Place the fried paneer on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
  7. Transfer the Paneer Tikka to a serving plate, optionally sprinkle some chaat masala on top, and serve with your favorite chutney or dips. Enjoy!
