Realme GT 8 Pro Set for India Launch in November With Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and Ricoh-Tuned Cameras

Date:

Realme has officially confirmed that the Realme GT 8 Pro will launch in India in November, expanding the brand’s flagship lineup in the country. The smartphone, which was recently introduced in China, will retain its Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor along with a HyperVision AI chip designed to elevate performance and intelligence features.

Realme has activated dedicated promotional pages for the GT 8 Pro on both Flipkart and the Realme India website, confirming that the device will be available for purchase through these platforms once sales begin. The company has not yet revealed whether the standard Realme GT 8 model will also arrive in India.

Photography capabilities are one of the major highlights, with the handset featuring a Ricoh GR-tuned rear camera, aiming to deliver more professional-grade imaging with improved clarity and color accuracy.

In China, the Realme GT 8 Pro debuted with premium specs including a 6.79-inch QHD+ AMOLED display supporting a 144Hz refresh rate, 7,000 nits peak brightness, and a 3,200Hz touch sampling rate, offering a highly responsive and immersive viewing experience. The device also includes up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.1 storage, alongside a massive 7,000mAh battery supported by 120W fast wired charging.

Although Indian pricing is yet to be confirmed, the Chinese pricing gives a strong indication of what to expect, with models ranging from approximately ₹50,000 to ₹64,000, depending on storage and RAM. The smartphone will come in Blue, White, and Green color variants, giving consumers stylish choices in premium design.

With flagship performance, advanced cameras, and strong battery life, the Realme GT 8 Pro is gearing up to challenge top-tier smartphones as it prepares to enter the highly competitive Indian market next month.
