Samsung Exynos 2600 Specs Leak Ahead of Galaxy S26 Launch Revealing 10-Core CPU and AMD GPU

Date:

Samsung’s next-generation Exynos 2600 processor has been leaked ahead of the official Galaxy S26 release, showcasing its CPU and GPU configuration. Built on Samsung Foundry’s advanced 2nm process, the Exynos 2600 is expected to deliver significant efficiency and performance improvements.

The leak reveals a 10-core CPU with a tri-cluster design, including one prime core at 3.9GHz three high-performance cores at 3.25GHz and six efficiency cores at 2.75GHz. Graphics duties will be handled by an AMD-based GPU code-named JUNO likely marketed as the Xclipse 960 clocked at approximately 985MHz. The GPU supports OpenGL ES 3.2 OpenCL 3.0 and Vulkan 1.3, making it suitable for high-end gaming and advanced graphics applications.

Benchmark scores suggest 3,455 in single-core and 11,621 in multi-core tests placing it ahead of some current flagship chips in multi-core performance. Samsung may limit Exynos 2600 to Galaxy S26 and S26 Plus units in South Korea while other regions receive Snapdragon variants with the Galaxy S26 Ultra using Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Efficiency gains from the 2nm manufacturing process and improved thermal management are expected to address past criticisms of Exynos chips.
