Samsung is reportedly gearing up to expand its Galaxy A-series lineup in India with the launch of the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57 smartphones. While the company has not officially confirmed the launch date, recent leaks suggest both handsets could arrive in the Indian market as early as March. Adding weight to these claims, the devices have also been spotted on Singapore’s IMDA certification database, hinting at an imminent global rollout.
According to industry leaks, both smartphones are expected to feature full-HD+ AMOLED displays with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, positioning them strongly in the mid-range segment. Samsung is also said to continue its focus on photography and battery life, with both models tipped to house triple rear camera setups led by 50-megapixel main sensors, along with 5,000mAh batteries supporting 45W fast charging.
The Samsung Galaxy A57 is expected to be powered by the Exynos 1680 chipset and could feature a 6.6-inch AMOLED display. It is said to include a 50-megapixel primary camera with optical image stabilisation, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 5-megapixel macro camera. Leaks also point to an IP68-rated design, a slim 6.9mm profile and a weight of around 182 grams, making it one of the sleeker phones in its class.
Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy A37 is tipped to run on the Exynos 1480 processor and may offer a slightly larger 6.7-inch AMOLED display. It is expected to feature an IP67-rated build for water and dust resistance. The rear camera system could consist of a 50-megapixel main sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 5-megapixel macro lens.
Certification listings reveal that the Galaxy A37 carries the model number A376B/DS, while the Galaxy A57 appears as SM-A576B/DS, with the DS suffix confirming dual-SIM support. With certifications now in place and specifications leaking steadily, Samsung’s next Galaxy A-series launch appears to be just around the corner.
