The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge, Samsung’s upcoming flagship, is now rumored to make its debut at the end of May, but only in two countries initially — China and South Korea. Although Samsung has yet to make an official announcement, trusted tipster Ice Universe has suggested that the Galaxy S25 Edge will be launched through an online-only event.
Originally previewed during the Galaxy Unpacked event in January and later showcased at MWC 2025, the Galaxy S25 Edge is being positioned as a premium and ultra-thin variant within the Galaxy S25 lineup, which also includes the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra models.
The Galaxy S25 Edge stands out for its sleek profile, reportedly measuring just 5.84mm in thickness, making it one of Samsung’s slimmest flagship phones to date. Under the hood, it is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor, designed for enhanced performance and AI-driven features.
According to leaks, the handset may offer 12GB of RAM, up to 512GB of internal storage, and a 6.6-inch display. The rear camera setup might include a 200-megapixel main sensor accompanied by a 12-megapixel secondary camera, promising high-end photography capabilities. The S25 Edge is likely to house a 3,900mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
When it comes to pricing, reports suggest the 256GB model could be priced around EUR 1,361 (approximately ₹1,27,900) and the 512GB model at EUR 1,487 (around ₹1,39,800). Expected color variants include Titanium IcyBlue, Titanium Jetblack, and Titanium Silver, mirroring the premium aesthetic of the Galaxy S25 Ultra.
While there’s still no word on its India launch or global availability, Samsung may expand the rollout to more regions in the months following the initial launch. Fans can expect a luxury smartphone experience with a sharp focus on design and cutting-edge camera technology.
