Fresh leaks suggest that Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S26 smartphone series may have revealed its battery capacities ahead of the official launch. The details reportedly appeared on the European Product Registry for Energy Labelling database offering an early look at what users can expect from the next-generation flagship phones. The Galaxy S26 range is widely expected to be unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event with global availability including India shortly after.
According to the listing the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is shown with a rated battery capacity of 4855mAh which is likely to be marketed as a 5000mAh battery similar to previous Ultra models. The flagship device is expected to deliver extended usage with claims of up to 55 hours of battery life while maintaining around 80 percent battery health even after 1200 charging cycles.
The Samsung Galaxy S26 Plus also appears in the database with a rated 4755mAh battery which may be promoted as a 4800mAh unit. Like the Ultra model it is tipped to offer comparable battery endurance figures and long-term durability. Meanwhile the standard Galaxy S26 is listed with a 4175mAh rated battery expected to be advertised as 4200mAh delivering up to 51 hours of battery life under testing conditions.
All three smartphones are said to carry an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance and received a mid-level repairability score on the European scale. Software-wise the Galaxy S26 series is expected to debut with Android 16 layered with Samsung’s One UI 8.5 interface. Hardware leaks also hint that the Galaxy S26 Ultra could be powered by a Snapdragon chipset and feature a quad rear camera setup.
Samsung is anticipated to unveil the Galaxy S26 Ultra Galaxy S26 Plus and Galaxy S26 during the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event in San Francisco.
