Simple Diet and Exercise Plan Helps Woman Naturally Lose Face Fat and Achieve a Sculpted Look

Many people find it challenging to get rid of stubborn face fat, even after maintaining a healthy lifestyle. While targeted fat loss is generally not possible, the right combination of diet, exercise, and mindful habits can make a noticeable difference over time. One woman, Anushka Vyas, shared her personal experience on Instagram, revealing how a few specific lifestyle changes helped her achieve a slimmer, more defined facial structure naturally.

According to Anushka, one overlooked factor is mouth breathing. She explains that breathing through the mouth instead of the nose changes tongue posture, putting pressure on the jaw and potentially widening the face over time. Training yourself to breathe through the nose can help maintain natural facial anatomy.

Her transformation was also driven by a carefully planned diet. For non-vegetarians, she recommends grilled chicken breast, eggs (with limited yolks), and omega-3-rich fish like salmon or tuna, while avoiding curries with excess sodium and oil. For vegetarians, she suggests swapping refined grains for quinoa, buckwheat, jawar, and millets, completely cutting out dairy, and loading up on leafy greens, high-fibre fruits, lean plant proteins like tofu, moong dal, seitan, and boiled chickpeas. She also advises avoiding artificial sugar for at least three months.

In addition, Anushka promotes eating hard foods such as raw carrots, cucumber, coconut, celery, corn on the cob, and nuts to engage facial muscles while chewing. Sugar-free gum in moderation can also be useful.

She also shared her detox juice recipe for an added health boost: blend one slice of winter squash, one teaspoon turmeric, juice of half a cucumber, and a twig of curry leaves. This drink complements a clean diet and regular exercise, including moderate cardio and occasional strength training, for the best results.

While her method worked for her, Anushka reminds everyone that results may vary and that professional medical advice should be sought before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes.
