Sony Xperia 10 VII Leaks Reveal Design Tweaks and Key Specifications Before Official Launch

Date:

The upcoming Sony Xperia 10 VII is creating buzz ahead of its official debut as leaked renders and specifications suggest notable upgrades over its predecessor, the Xperia 10 VI. Reports indicate the smartphone will arrive with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 processor paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, expandable up to 2TB via microSD. It is also expected to run on Android 15 out of the box.

The leaked renders reveal a redesigned camera setup with a dual-lens module arranged horizontally inside a pill-shaped island, marking a departure from the vertical alignment seen on the Xperia 10 VI. The dual rear cameras are tipped to include a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a 13-megapixel secondary lens, alongside an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

Display-wise, the Xperia 10 VII is rumored to feature a 6.1-inch Full HD+ OLED screen with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,340 pixels and a 19.5:9 aspect ratio, promising sharp visuals and vibrant colors. Measuring 153 x 72 x 8.3mm and weighing 169 grams, the handset will reportedly be available in Charcoal Black, Cedar White, and Turquoise color options.

Connectivity options are said to include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, 5G, 4G LTE, and USB Type-C support, ensuring modern-day compatibility and fast transfer speeds. The Xperia 10 VII appears positioned as a balanced mid-range device offering premium features like expandable storage and an upgraded camera design.

While Sony has yet to announce the official launch date, more details are expected to surface in the coming weeks, with the Xperia 10 VII likely to strengthen Sony’s mid-range smartphone portfolio.
