The Spartan Trifecta Weekend Powered by ADNOC is set to take place at Al Ain Zoo on Saturday October 11 and Sunday October 12, 2025, promising the ultimate obstacle course racing experience. Participants can tackle distances of 5K Sprint, 10K Super, and 21K Beast, all while navigating challenging obstacles designed to test strength, endurance, and mental toughness.
This year’s event combines adrenaline-pumping races with a festival atmosphere suitable for the whole family. Guests can enjoy live entertainment, food trucks, DJ sets, brand activations, and recovery zones, making it more than just a race. The venue transforms into a unique obstacle racing playground with courses weaving through animal enclosures and conservation areas, providing a one-of-a-kind race environment.
What is the Spartan Trifecta?
The Spartan Trifecta is the ultimate achievement in obstacle course racing, requiring competitors to complete all three signature events—the 5K Sprint, 10K Super, and 21K Beast—within a single season. Successfully finishing all three earns athletes the coveted Trifecta medal.
Obstacles to Expect
Participants will encounter iconic challenges such as the 6-Foot Wall, A-Frame, Barbed Wire Crawl, Dunk Wall, Monkey Bars, Olympus, and Spear Throw, with mud and physical tests guaranteed. Kids races are also available across shorter distances with child-friendly obstacles to introduce young participants to the Spartan experience.

Preparation and Training
Spartan Trifecta participants can take advantage of free one-hour HIIT Workout Tours hosted at Warehouse Gym locations in Dubai Science Park and Al Quoz on Sunday October 5. A Spartan Run Club also meets every Saturday at 6.15am at Kite Beach, providing social 5K runs and coffee to get ready for the big weekend.
