Tecno is preparing to introduce a new addition to its Pova series lineup—the Tecno Pova 7 Neo 4G. Ahead of its official launch, leaked hands-on images of the smartphone have surfaced online, revealing key design elements and major specifications. The upcoming device is anticipated to follow the Tecno Pova 6 Neo 4G, which featured the Helio G99 Ultimate processor and was not launched in India.
The newly leaked images display the Tecno Pova 7 Neo 4G in a sleek black finish, featuring a distinctive triangular rear camera housing positioned in the top-left corner of the back panel. The setup includes two cameras along with an LED flash. Images of the retail box also hint at its imminent arrival in select global markets.
Reports suggest that the Tecno Pova 7 Neo 4G will offer a 6.78-inch Full-HD+ display with a high 120Hz refresh rate, delivering smooth visuals. The smartphone is expected to run on the MediaTek Helio G100 processor and may come with up to 16GB of RAM (including virtual RAM support), along with 256GB of internal storage.
The handset is likely to include Tecno’s custom AI features and carry an IP64 rating, making it resistant to dust and splashes. A powerful 7,000mAh battery is expected to back the device, supported by 45W fast wired charging. With these features, the Pova 7 Neo 4G aims to deliver strong performance and extended battery life.
Although Tecno has not officially announced the launch date, the Pova 7 Neo 4G is speculated to debut later in June. The device was recently spotted on the Google Play Console database with the model number LJ6, which also indicates support for Android 15 and 8GB RAM in at least one variant.
The Tecno Pova 7 Neo 4G will likely join the existing Pova 7 5G and Pova 7 Ultra 5G models, continuing Tecno’s focus on high-performance mid-range smartphones.
