Dubai is set for an adrenaline-packed fitness event as Tough Mudder Middle East makes its return this February, offering participants the chance to conquer its iconic obstacle course at The Sevens Stadium. Scheduled for Saturday February 7, the event promises a unique mix of endurance, teamwork, and high-energy challenges designed for thrill-seekers and fitness enthusiasts alike.
The 5K adult course, open to ages 14 and above, features more than 12 classic obstacles including fan favourites like Arctic Enema, Electroshock Therapy, and Hydrophobia. New regional challenges such as Pyramid Scheme, Funky Monkey, and Everest will push participants’ strength, nerve, and collaboration to the limit. Younger participants can join the Kids by Spartan races, with courses ranging from 1 to 3 kilometers for ages 4 to 14, allowing families to experience the excitement together.
The Sevens Stadium transforms into a lively festival village for the event, complete with food trucks, live entertainment, music, and partner activities, creating a vibrant atmosphere for supporters cheering on their teams. All adult finishers receive a medal, T-shirt, and the iconic Tough Mudder headband, while young finishers earn their own headbands and medals. Tickets start at Dhs320 for adults and Dhs110 for kids. Registration is now open at toughmuddermiddleeast.com.
