- 2 large raw green mangoes
- 3 teaspoons jaggery
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 3 teaspoons water

- 2 teaspoons flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon black salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard oil
Instructions:
