Vivo X300 Pro and Vivo X300 Tipped for October Launch With MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC and Zeiss Cameras

Date:

The highly anticipated Vivo X300 series is rumored to arrive later this year, with leaks suggesting that both the Vivo X300 Pro and the standard Vivo X300 could launch in October in China. According to reliable tipsters, the upcoming lineup will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor and feature Zeiss-backed camera technology for advanced photography.

Unlike the Vivo X200 series, which included multiple models such as the Pro Mini and later the Ultra, this time Vivo is expected to streamline the lineup with just the vanilla and Pro versions. Reports also claim that Vivo may unveil new TWS earbuds alongside the flagship smartphones, while expanding into IoT and wearable devices in 2026.

The Vivo X300 is rumored to sport a 6.3-inch compact display, possibly supporting BeiDou satellite messaging for enhanced connectivity. Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 Pro could pack a powerful triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony LYT-828 primary sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto shooter, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens.

For comparison, the Vivo X200 Pro carried a 200MP Zeiss APO telephoto lens, while the standard X200 had a 50MP telephoto unit. Both were powered by the Dimensity 9400 SoC. With the X300 lineup expected to feature Dimensity 9500, improved optics, and flagship-level performance, Vivo could be gearing up for one of its most ambitious smartphone launches yet.
