Vivo has officially confirmed key specifications of its upcoming smartphone Vivo X300s ahead of its launch in China. The device is set to arrive alongside the premium X300 Ultra model and is already generating attention for its powerful hardware and advanced camera capabilities.
The Vivo X300s will feature a large 6.78-inch flat display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, delivering an enhanced viewing experience for gaming and multimedia. The screen will also include Zeiss Master Colour calibration, ensuring accurate and vibrant color reproduction.
At the core of the smartphone will be the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, paired with Vivo’s V3+ Blueprint imaging chip. This combination is expected to deliver strong performance along with improved photography processing. To maintain thermal efficiency, the device will include an advanced Ice Pulse VC liquid cooling system designed to handle heavy workloads.
In terms of photography, the Vivo X300s will come equipped with a triple rear camera setup developed in collaboration with Zeiss. The primary sensor will be a powerful 200-megapixel camera with optical image stabilisation. It will be supported by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera, also featuring stabilisation. The setup will include advanced features such as Zeiss APO super telephoto technology enhanced colour tuning and improved zoom capabilities. For selfies and video calls, the device will offer a 50-megapixel front camera.
The smartphone will also include dual stereo speakers for immersive audio and a custom vibration motor for refined haptic feedback. Connectivity is expected to be enhanced with the Universal Signal Amplification System 3.0 which aims to provide stronger and more stable network performance. Security will be handled by an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
One of the standout features of the Vivo X300s is its massive 7100mAh battery which is designed for extended usage. The device will support fast charging with 90W wired and 40W wireless capabilities ensuring quick power top-ups. Additionally the phone is expected to come with IP68 and IP69 ratings offering strong protection against dust and water.
The Vivo X300s will be available in stylish color options including Film Green Dream Core Purple and Silver making it both powerful and visually appealing for users.
