Dubai Fitness Challenge 2025 is almost at its finish line, and the city is preparing for one last major celebration of wellness. After a month filled with free flagship events such as Dubai Ride, Dubai Run and Dubai Stand-Up Paddle, the grand finale — Dubai Yoga — will take place this Sunday, November 30, at Zabeel Park.
Thousands are expected to unroll their mats beneath the striking Dubai Frame for a huge sunset yoga session designed to bring the community together for reflection, movement and mindful breathing. As the sun sets behind one of Dubai’s most recognisable architectural icons, participants will flow through a calming group class suitable for every age and ability level.
The experience is completely free, and visitors only need to complete a quick registration on the official Dubai Yoga website to secure a spot. Organisers highlight that the event aligns with the UAE’s ongoing focus on community wellbeing, offering both mixed zones and dedicated spaces for families and ladies.

Gates open at 2:30pm on the day, allowing visitors to arrive early, settle in and enjoy the pre-event atmosphere before the mass sunset session begins.
