Chinese smartphone brand Realme has officially launched the Realme C85 5G in India. The new handset will be available starting December 1, 2025, via the company’s website and Flipkart, offered in two colour options: Parrot Purple and Peacock Green. Designed for high performance and long-lasting battery life, the phone brings several impressive features to the mid-range segment.
The Realme C85 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core chipset, coupled with an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It comes with 4GB or 6GB of RAM, plus up to 12GB Dynamic RAM, and 128GB of internal storage, allowing users to run multiple apps simultaneously with smooth performance. The phone features a vapour chamber cooling system to maintain thermal efficiency during heavy use.
Display-wise, the device sports a 6.8-inch HD+ LCD screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, up to 1,200 nits peak brightness, and Corning Glass protection. The screen covers 100 percent sRGB and 83 percent DCI-P3, providing vibrant visuals across its 90.4 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Photography features include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX852 rear camera, capable of 1080p video at 30fps, and an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls, also supporting 1080p recording at 30fps. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C, and multiple satellite navigation systems. The device is rated IP69 for dust and water resistance.
One of the main highlights is the 7,000mAh battery, which supports 45W SuperVOOC fast charging, offering up to 22 hours of video playback, 50 hours of calling, and 145 hours of music playback. The phone measures 166.07×77.93×8.38mm and weighs approximately 215g.
The Realme C85 5G starts at Rs. 16,499 for the 4GB/128GB variant, with the 6GB/128GB option priced at Rs. 17,999. Introductory offers will reduce these prices to Rs. 14,999 and Rs. 16,499, respectively.
