Motorola Signature Set to Launch in India on January 7 2026 With Fabric Finish and Periscope Camera

Date:

Motorola has officially confirmed that the premium Motorola Signature will launch in India on January 7 2026. The company has teased several key design elements of the upcoming handset through official posts and a Flipkart microsite, highlighting a fabric-finished rear panel, a flat display with slim bezels, and a centered hole-punch front camera. Positioned as a high-end device, the Motorola Signature aims to deliver flagship-level performance and advanced photography capabilities.

The smartphone is expected to feature a periscope telephoto rear camera alongside a triple camera setup including a 50-megapixel primary Sony Lytia sensor with optical image stabilization. A dedicated button on the left edge of the phone may serve as a customizable shortcut key for AI functions or camera controls. Previous benchmark sightings on Geekbench revealed the device could be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, paired with 16GB of RAM and Android 16 operating system, offering strong single-core and multi-core performance.

Motorola has also hinted that the device may support stylus input and come in Carbon and Martini Olive color variants. With the combination of premium design, high-end camera hardware, and flagship-level specifications, the Motorola Signature is set to compete with other top-tier smartphones in the market. The live Flipkart microsite has already generated anticipation ahead of the official January launch, marking it as one of the most awaited premium devices in India for 2026.
