Vivo V70 FE spotted on Google Play listings hinting at an upcoming launch

The Vivo V70 FE appears to be edging closer to its official debut after surfacing on both the Google Play Console and the Google Play supported devices database. These new listings add weight to earlier rumours suggesting that the next addition to Vivo’s popular V series lineup could launch very soon.

According to the Google Play supported devices list the handset is associated with four model numbers V2550 V2551 V2552 and V2558. While the database does not reveal hardware details it confirms the device name and multiple variants indicating preparations for a wider market rollout.

The Google Play Console entry linked to model number V2550 offers a closer look at the expected specifications. The listing suggests the Vivo V70 FE may feature a display resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels with a pixel density of 440ppi pointing towards a sharp 1.5K AMOLED panel. Reports indicate the screen could measure 6.83 inches delivering an immersive viewing experience.

Under the hood the smartphone is tipped to run on the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo chipset paired with at least 8GB of RAM. Storage options are expected to include 8GB plus 256GB 12GB plus 256GB and 8GB plus 512GB configurations giving buyers multiple choices depending on usage needs.

Leaked renders referenced in reports suggest the handset may feature curved edges slim bezels rounded corners and a side-mounted volume rocker and power button layout. Colour options are rumoured to include Muse Purple Ocean Blue and Titanium Silver.

Camera capabilities could be a major highlight with speculation pointing to a dual rear setup headlined by a 200 megapixel primary sensor alongside an 8 megapixel secondary lens. On the front the Vivo V70 FE is said to house a 32 megapixel selfie camera.

Battery life also appears to be a strong focus with the device tipped to pack a massive 7000mAh battery supported by 90W wired fast charging. Additional features may include IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance along with Android 16 based OriginOS 6. Vivo is also expected to provide extended software support potentially offering up to six years of OS updates.

The handset was previously spotted on certification platforms including BIS Geekbench and TDRA further strengthening expectations of an imminent launch. An official announcement from Vivo is now eagerly awaited.
