The airline has provided flexible options for affected passengers including rebooking within 20 days of the original travel date or requesting a refund. Customers are advised to check flight status updates online and contact the airline or their travel agent for assistance.
Similarly flydubai has suspended its Dubai operations until 3pm local time on March 2. The carrier confirmed it is working closely with authorities and adjusting schedules as needed. Passengers travelling within the next 72 hours can rebook on alternative flights within the same country up to 20 days from the original departure date or apply for refunds. The airline has also urged travellers to update contact details through the Manage Booking platform and check flight status before heading to the airport.
