Moto G47 has officially been introduced in global markets as a new addition to Motorola’s mid-range G-series lineup. The smartphone brings a strong mix of camera capabilities, performance upgrades, and battery life, making it a competitive option in its segment.
The device features a large 6.67-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, offering smooth scrolling and a responsive viewing experience. With a peak brightness of up to 1,050 nits and added protection from Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, the screen is designed to handle everyday usage with ease. It also carries an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance along with MIL-STD-810H certification for durability.
Powering the smartphone is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor built on a 6nm architecture, paired with an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The phone comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, which can be expanded up to 1TB using a microSD card. It runs on Android 16 with Motorola’s Hello UI, providing a clean and modern software experience.
In terms of photography, the Moto G47 is equipped with a triple rear camera setup led by a 108-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.7 aperture. Supporting sensors include a macro camera and a light sensor for improved image processing. On the front, the phone houses an 8-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. It also supports video recording up to 2K resolution at 30 frames per second.
The smartphone is backed by a 5,200mAh battery that supports 20W TurboPower fast charging along with 6W reverse wired charging. Connectivity features include 5G support, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and multiple satellite navigation systems such as GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS.
The Moto G47 is priced at EUR 319 (approximately Rs 35,000) for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. It will be available in three Pantone-inspired color options including Fuchsia Red Impenetrable and Nautical Blue, offering users a stylish design alongside solid performance.
