OnePlus is preparing to launch its latest flagship variant OnePlus 13T in China on April 24. Positioned as a more compact version of the OnePlus 13 the new handset will debut with powerful hardware and display enhancements. The company has now revealed display and battery specifications confirming some impressive features.
The OnePlus 13T will come with a 6.32 inch flat OLED display offering a resolution of 1216×2640 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The screen boasts a pixel density of 460ppi along with full DCI-P3 color gamut coverage. It also supports advanced technologies such as HDR10+ HDR Vivid and Dolby Vision promising vibrant visuals and smoother performance. The handset also introduces a “sun display” mode for better screen visibility under direct sunlight.
OnePlus has equipped the 13T with its self-developed P2 display chip and Bright Eye Protection 2.0 technology. According to the company this screen is crafted using the only fully in-house developed display production line among Chinese mobile manufacturers. Features like Rain Touch 2.0 and Glove Touch are included to enhance usability in different weather and environmental conditions.
The OnePlus 13T will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and supported by a large 6260mAh Glacier Battery. It will run on Android 15-based ColorOS 15 offering users the latest software experience with improved system efficiency and personalization.
On the photography front the OnePlus 13T includes a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50MP Sony primary sensor along with another 50MP camera with 2x optical zoom and 4x lossless zoom capabilities. This setup ensures high-quality imaging in all lighting conditions.
The device also features a Wi-Fi G1 chip specially designed to boost gaming performance and offers faster connectivity. Weighing just 185g the OnePlus 13T ditches the traditional Alert Slider and introduces a new Shortcut Key for customizable actions.
The smartphone will be available in three attractive color options Cloud Ink Black Morning Mist Grey and a soft Powder Pink. The official unveiling event is scheduled for April 24 at 2:30 PM local time in China which is 12 PM IST.
