Vivo V60 Appears on SIRIM and TUV Listings Hinting at Imminent Release in Asian Markets

Date:

The upcoming Vivo V60 smartphone may be closer to launch than expected, as the device has reportedly surfaced on both Malaysia’s SIRIM certification portal and the TUV SUD database, signalling its official unveiling could happen soon. Spotted with the model number V2511, the Vivo V60 is rumoured to be the successor to the Vivo V50, which debuted in India earlier this year. These new certifications confirm the device name and suggest that the phone could come with support for 90W fast charging, a notable upgrade in its segment.

Following Vivo’s past product strategy, the Vivo V60 might share similarities with the Vivo S30, which launched in China in May. The S30 features a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, a triple rear camera system with a 50-megapixel Sony LYT700V sensor, and a large 6,500mAh battery supporting the same 90W fast charging that the V60 is tipped to adopt.

If the pattern continues, the Vivo V60 may be launched in Asia by August 2025 as a rebranded version of the S30, offering powerful specs and an elegant design for mid-range buyers. However, Vivo has not yet confirmed any details regarding its release date or pricing. Until the company makes an official announcement, these leaks should be treated cautiously by eager fans waiting for the next Vivo V series addition.
