The United Arab Emirates has introduced a cutting-edge proactive government performance system powered by artificial intelligence, aiming to save more than 250,000 work hours every year. Unveiled by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, this innovative platform is designed to enhance service delivery and streamline strategic planning across federal entities.
Utilizing AI-driven data analytics, predictive tools, and comprehensive analysis, the system supports the UAE’s “We the UAE 2031” vision by focusing on four key pillars: society, economy, diplomacy, and ecosystem. Its core objective is to boost government efficiency by optimizing resources, improving service quality, and monitoring the timely execution of national plans and strategies.
This intelligent system is expected to analyze over 150 million data points monthly, delivering more than 50,000 proactive insights annually to leadership. It is built on an advanced government performance management framework employing AI algorithms for continuous performance monitoring and enhancement.
Over 200 government professionals specializing in performance management and data analysis will be trained to leverage this system, which will ultimately serve more than 250,000 users. Real-time data integration will enable accurate forecasting of government performance and generate adaptive reports that aid decision-making processes. This will equip the UAE government to effectively anticipate future challenges and seize upcoming opportunities.
The new platform represents the latest evolution of the UAE’s government performance initiatives, which began with the Adaa System in 2008, progressing through Adaa 2.0 in 2013, Adaa 3.0 in 2019, and now advancing to this proactive AI-powered solution.
