- 2 ripe mangoes
- 1 tbsp red chilli flakes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp black salt
