Asia Cup 2025 Ticket Alert: ACC Warns Fans Against Fake Sales Ahead of Dubai and Abu Dhabi Matches

Date:

The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has issued an important advisory for cricket fans ahead of the Asia Cup 2025, which will be hosted across Dubai and Abu Dhabi from September 9 to September 28.

With excitement building for the tournament—especially the much-anticipated India vs Pakistan showdown in Dubai—ticket demand is already surging. However, the ACC has warned supporters that official tickets have not yet gone on sale, and any tickets currently being circulated by third-party sellers are unauthorized, fake, and will not grant entry to any fixtures.

The cricket body emphasized that fraudulent tickets will not be accepted at either the Dubai International Cricket Stadium or Abu Dhabi’s Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium, where all matches will take place. The ACC urged fans to remain patient and wait for an official ticketing announcement, which will be jointly released by the ACC and the Emirates Cricket Board in the coming days.

In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), the ACC reminded fans that they should only purchase tickets from official channels. With India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Oman, Hong Kong, and hosts UAE competing, the tournament is expected to draw massive crowds. The India vs Pakistan clash on September 14 in Dubai could potentially sell out within minutes once tickets are released.

The Asia Cup 2025 is set to bring together cricket’s fiercest rivalries and most passionate fans. With the chance that India and Pakistan might face off up to three times during the tournament, ticket demand will be unprecedented. To avoid disappointment, fans are advised to follow official updates from the ACC and Emirates Cricket Board and avoid being scammed by unauthorized sellers.
