Vivo is preparing to launch its highly anticipated X300 series, including the X300 and X300 Pro, following listings on the IMDA certification site. The smartphones are expected to debut globally shortly after their official unveiling in China on October 13, 2025, and could soon be available in Singapore, Indonesia, and select European countries.
Both devices will run OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and feature 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC support. The X300 series is designed to impress photography enthusiasts, boasting a gimbal-grade Sony LYT-828 200-megapixel primary camera for ultra-detailed shots. Additional camera hardware includes a 50-megapixel HPB sensor, APO telephoto lens, Zeiss 2.35x telephoto zoom, and an optional teleconverter accessory.
Under the hood, both models will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, with a sleek 7.95mm thickness. The X300 Pro variant has already appeared on Geekbench, hinting at high performance across gaming, photography, and productivity tasks.
