  • 25 gm vegetable oil
  • 20 gm tomato paste
  • 10 gm paprika powder
  • 2 gm red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 fresh red jalapenos

Steps to Make Spicy Grilled Mushrooms from Albuquerque

  1. Wash clean and de-stalk the mushrooms.
  2. In a round-bottomed bowl add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Whisk lightly to mix.
  4. Add mushrooms and marinate for 30 minutes.
  5. Grill over a medium serrated griddle.
