In a separate bowl, whisk together 3 eggs with 50 grams of sugar until light and frothy. Gradually combine the egg mixture with the melted chocolate and butter blend.

Remove the mixture from heat and fold in 75 grams of flour, ensuring no lumps remain. Let the batter cool for a few minutes. Lightly grease and flour individual molds or ramekins, then spoon in the batter evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for just 7 minutes to achieve that perfect molten center.
