Residents of Discovery Gardens are set to benefit from newly reduced parking subscription rates, with updated pricing coming into effect from April 15, 2026. The move follows feedback from the community regarding previously introduced parking charges.
According to an announcement by Dubai Holding Community Management, revised parking plans have been introduced to offer more affordable options for residents. The updated monthly subscription now starts at AED 672, significantly lower than the earlier fee of AED 945.
The new pricing structure includes multiple flexible options. Residents can choose a monthly plan at AED 672, a quarterly package at AED 1,999 reduced from AED 2,625, a six-month plan priced at AED 3,999, and an annual subscription costing AED 4,999. All charges are inclusive of VAT.
Authorities have encouraged residents to review the available plans and select the option that best fits their needs. Property owners have also been advised to inform tenants about the revised rates to ensure awareness across the community.
The paid parking system in Discovery Gardens was initially introduced earlier this year, with each residential unit receiving one free parking permit. Any additional vehicles require a paid subscription under the updated system.
Parking services are managed by Parkonic, which has also urged residents to register their vehicles through the PARKONIC+ app. This ensures eligibility for resident parking and helps avoid visitor parking charges.
