Ingredients
- 200 grams milk powder
- 150 ml fat-free milk
- 0.5 gram cardamom powder
- 10 grams sugar
- Ghee (as required)
Method

- Place the bowl in a microwave for 7–8 minutes, stopping every 2 minutes to stir the mixture.
- Let the mixture cool for 3–4 minutes, then add sugar and mix well.
- Line a tray with butter paper and grease it lightly with ghee.
- Pour the mixture into the tray and allow it to cool until it’s comfortable to handle.
- Once slightly firm, knead the mixture into a soft dough and flatten it using your hands or a rolling pin.
- After about two hours, cut the barfi into diamond or square pieces and serve.
