Dubai based carrier flydubai has confirmed that it is continuing to operate a limited flight schedule from Dubai International Airport, as services gradually stabilise across the region.
In its latest operational update, the airline stated that flights are running on a reduced timetable while conditions continue to be monitored closely. As a result of temporary airspace adjustments, passengers may experience longer journey durations and extended transit times when travelling through Dubai.
The airline has advised travellers to stay informed by checking their flight status regularly before heading to the airport. Schedules remain subject to change, and updates are being made in real time to ensure safety and efficiency.
Passengers with bookings between February 28 and March 31 have been provided with flexible options. Travellers can rebook their flights to the same destination within 30 days of their original departure date without additional charges. Alternatively, they may cancel their tickets and request a full refund either to their original payment method or as a travel voucher.
Customers who booked through travel agencies are encouraged to contact their agents directly for assistance with changes or refunds. Those who have received notifications regarding their bookings should follow the instructions provided to complete the necessary updates.
To streamline the travel experience, passengers are also advised to check in online between 48 hours and 75 minutes prior to departure. Ensuring that contact details are updated in the booking system will help travellers receive timely alerts regarding any schedule changes.
As operations continue to adjust, flydubai has thanked passengers for their patience and cooperation, emphasising that safety remains the airline’s top priority during this period.
