The upcoming Honor 400 Pro smartphone has made an early appearance on Geekbench hinting at a powerful performance and premium specifications ahead of its official launch. Expected to be the successor of last year’s Honor 300 Pro the new device shows impressive scores and features that suggest a flagship-tier experience.
As per Geekbench listings the Honor 400 Pro identified by the model number DNP-NX9 appears to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM and running on Android 15. The benchmark scores include 2089 points in the single-core test and 6032 in the multi-core test. The chipset is expected to feature one prime core clocked at 3.05GHz five performance cores at 2.96GHz and two efficiency cores at 2.04GHz delivering smooth multitasking and high-end gaming capabilities.
The device has also surfaced on the China Compulsory Certification (3C) database under model number DNP-AN00. According to leaks it will run MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15 and sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display offering a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 5000nits of peak brightness ensuring vibrant visuals even in bright environments.
Camera specs are also impressive with the Honor 400 Pro rumored to include a triple rear camera setup headlined by a 200MP main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization a 50MP telephoto lens and a 12MP ultra-wide sensor. On the front users can expect a sharp 50MP selfie camera aimed at delivering exceptional clarity for photos and video calls.
The smartphone is tipped to include features like dual SIM support stereo speakers NFC connectivity and an in-display fingerprint sensor. A robust 5300mAh battery is expected to power the device alongside support for ultra-fast 100W charging. Additionally the phone may carry an IP68 and IP69 rating offering protection from dust and water making it durable for daily use. It is said to measure 8.1mm in thickness and weigh 205 grams.
Although the official release date has not been announced the growing number of certifications and benchmark appearances suggest the Honor 400 Pro may launch very soon as Honor aims to continue pushing boundaries in the flagship smartphone segment.
