Huawei has officially confirmed the launch of its new Enjoy series smartphones in China, introducing the upcoming Huawei Enjoy 90 Pro Max and Huawei Enjoy 90 Plus. The company has already begun teasing the design and key specifications while also opening pre reservations ahead of the official unveiling.
Both smartphones are set to launch on March 23 at 2:30pm China time and will be powered by Huawei’s in house Kirin processors along with the HarmonyOS platform. The devices will initially be available with a 128GB storage option as confirmed by early listings.
In terms of design the Huawei Enjoy 90 Pro Max features a premium look with a circular rear camera module similar to Huawei’s flagship devices. The smartphone includes a flat display with slim bezels and a centrally placed hole punch cutout for the front camera. The edges appear slightly curved giving it a modern finish and it is expected to launch in a unique blue colour variant.
Meanwhile the Huawei Enjoy 90 Plus offers a slightly different design approach with a square shaped rear camera setup featuring rounded corners. It also includes a hole punch display design with narrow bezels providing an immersive viewing experience. The device is confirmed to include a 50 megapixel main camera which is expected to be one of its key highlights.
Huawei has already started accepting early reservations for both models through its official Vmall platform in China allowing customers to secure their units before the official release.
Reports suggest that both smartphones may come equipped with large 8500mAh batteries making battery performance a major selling point of the series. Additionally the devices are expected to feature a 6.84 inch QHD plus LTPS OLED display along with up to 8GB of RAM.
Under the hood Huawei is likely to include either the Kirin 8000 or Kirin 8020 chipset to power the devices ensuring improved performance and efficiency for everyday usage.
With a combination of modern design powerful battery life and Huawei’s custom ecosystem the Enjoy 90 series aims to attract users looking for feature rich smartphones at competitive pricing.
