Infinix Hot 60i 5G Set to Launch in India on August 16 with Dimensity 6400 Chipset and 6,000mAh Battery

Date:

Infinix has officially confirmed the launch date for its upcoming Infinix Hot 60i 5G smartphone in India, with the debut set for August 16. A dedicated product page is now live on Flipkart, showcasing key details about the device ahead of its arrival. The new Hot 60i 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor and will bring a blend of powerful performance and modern design to the mid-range segment.

The handset will sport a large 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop-style notch. One of its standout features is the massive 6,000mAh battery, which the company claims delivers up to 128 hours of continuous music playback, a first in its price range.

Photography enthusiasts can look forward to a dual rear camera setup featuring a 50MP primary lens, dual-LED flash, HDR, and panorama modes. The rear panel comes with a sleek matte finish and houses a rectangular camera module. Other notable features include an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, walkie-talkie connectivity via Bluetooth, and the One-Tap Infinix AI function for enhanced productivity.

The Infinix Hot 60i 5G will be available in four striking colours — Shadow Blue, Monsoon Green, Sleek Black, and Plum Red. Infinix has not revealed the exact price yet, but it is expected to be in the same range or slightly higher than the 4G model launched in Bangladesh earlier this year for BDT 13,999 (about ₹10,000).

Indian customers can purchase the device through Flipkart and Infinix’s official website once it goes on sale. With its combination of a high-capacity battery, 5G connectivity, and premium design, the Hot 60i 5G aims to be a strong contender in India’s budget 5G smartphone market.
