Vivo is preparing to introduce its highly anticipated Vivo X300 series, and recent developments suggest the launch could be just around the corner. The upcoming Vivo X300 has reportedly surfaced on China’s Radio Certification Agency database, revealing its model number and hinting at an imminent release.
Industry insiders suggest that the Vivo X300 will debut alongside the Vivo X300 Pro and could be among the first smartphones to feature the advanced MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor. This flagship handset is expected to succeed last year’s Vivo X200, which launched in India in December.
Well-known tipsters Whylab and Digital Chat Station shared that two new Vivo models — V2502A and V2502DA — have passed radio certification in China. The V2502A is believed to represent the standard Vivo X300, while the V2502DA variant is rumored to include BeiDou satellite messaging support.
Screenshots of the certification listing show no additional specifications, but the approval signals that the official unveiling might take place in the coming weeks. Additionally, another device, the iQOO 15 with model number V2505A, has also passed certification and is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset.
The Vivo X300 is rumored to sport a high-resolution 200-megapixel main camera, promising cutting-edge mobile photography. Meanwhile, its predecessor, the Vivo X200, came with a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display, MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chip, and a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera system. The device also featured a 5,800mAh battery with 90W fast charging and IP68/IP69 durability ratings.
With its potential blend of flagship processing power, next-generation imaging capabilities, and possible satellite communication support, the Vivo X300 could be one of the most advanced smartphones of 2025.
