Lava Bold N2 debuts in India with massive 5,000mAh battery and 13MP camera

Date:

Lava has officially expanded its budget smartphone portfolio in India with the launch of the Lava Bold N2, a device aimed at users looking for long battery life and a clean Android experience at an affordable price point. The smartphone has been introduced as an online-exclusive model and will be available for purchase later this month.

The Lava Bold N2 is powered by the Unisoc SC9863A octa-core chipset and comes paired with 4GB of RAM, making it suitable for everyday tasks such as browsing, streaming and social media use. Lava has also focused on durability, claiming the handset carries an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, which is rare in this price segment.

On the front, the device features a large 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, offering smoother scrolling and a better viewing experience for videos and apps. The phone runs on Android 15 Go edition and promises a bloatware-free and ad-free interface, staying true to Lava’s focus on a clean software experience.

For photography, the Lava Bold N2 houses a 13-megapixel primary rear camera within a square camera module, along with an additional secondary sensor. On the front, it sports a 5-megapixel selfie camera for video calls and casual selfies. Powering the phone is a 5,000mAh battery designed to comfortably last a full day or more on a single charge.

The smartphone will be offered in two colour options, Indus Black and Siachen White, and Lava is also providing free doorstep service support for customers across India, adding extra value for buyers in the budget category.
