Fresh leaks surrounding the upcoming Oppo Find N6 indicate that Oppo may be preparing a major leap forward in foldable display technology. Reports from tipsters on Chinese social platforms suggest the device could feature one of the flattest inner displays seen on a foldable phone to date significantly reducing the visible crease that typically appears along the fold line.
According to industry sources the handset has reportedly been tested by TUV Rheinland and described as the flattest foldable evaluated so far. The improvement is said to stem from a redesigned titanium alloy hinge system paired with a self-healing memory glass layer aimed at improving durability while minimising crease formation over time.
A short leaked video circulating online appears to show the Find N6 unfolded with almost no noticeable crease even under reflective lighting. The display looks uniform across the central fold reinforcing earlier claims that Oppo has refined both hinge engineering and panel construction.
Oppo has already teased the device highlighting a smooth inner display with ultra-slim bezels and a Hasselblad-tuned camera system. Leaked renders suggest the phone may launch in purple and white colour options featuring a circular rear camera module with the flash positioned outside the main island. The cover display is expected to include a hole-punch selfie camera design.
In terms of specifications the Oppo Find N6 is tipped to feature an 8.12 inch LTPO UTG 2K inner display alongside a 6.62 inch outer screen. It could be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and backed by a 6000mAh battery. Camera hardware may include a 200 megapixel primary sensor a 50 megapixel telephoto lens a 50 megapixel ultra wide camera and a 2 megapixel multispectral sensor.
If these leaks prove accurate the Oppo Find N6 could set a new benchmark for crease reduction in foldable smartphones while delivering flagship level performance and imaging capabilities.
